⭐️ CALL FOR ARTISTS ⭐️ Underscore Projects and Do West Fest are seeking local artists to create a temporary art installation for this year’s Do West Fest - a vibrant, community-driven celebration in Toronto, Canada, now in its 13th year. We’re also excited to be apart of the jury board and can’t wait to see your submissions! We invite proposals from individual artists and collectives working across all mediums. The selected work will activate the Community Stage, a hub dedicated to showcasing local musical talent. We’re looking for work that transforms the stage into a dynamic visual experience. Proposals will be evaluated based on creativity, feasibility, and alignment with the festival’s community focus. Interactive and audience-engaging works are encouraged, with careful consideration for the stage’s continuous programming schedule and quick transitions between performances. The installation should reflect the diversity, energy, and spirit of the festival and its surrounding community, while complementing a live performance setting.
