Filming for the “Datil Tapes” sessions has started and will run almost every Monday until September. After that I will host about 1-2 bands per month so there are still spots! It will be an ongoing, ever-growing thing. Thank you so much for reaching out and supporting. It’s amazing how many great bands there are here in North Florida. Ok it’s finished! V2 of the ole Sluggs building recording studio, now called “Double Land”. Everything is better in twos, and more fun the second time around. Sounds really great in here. The name “Double Land” stemmed from a joke during @theswellfellas session, so it was only fitting for @crustpool to design the logo. Now, let’s make some records! Cheers y’all 👯♀️
I swore to myself I’d never build acoustic panels again, and I would only purchase premade ones from here on out…well, here we go again. Making frameless flush ceiling panels for the entire control room ceiling. Where is this control room? I have a studio again? CORRECT! I am very excited to announce I am moving back in to SLUGGS!! I couldn’t find a better place with as much vibe and character. I loved making records there. My landlords were gracious to let me resume my lease. I am currently booking for April and May. March is almost all booked up thankfully! I may have a few dates in the end of March. Just hit me up. I strive to give you the best, most badass experience out of any studio in North Florida.
