Due to Ramadan Abbas missed the grading but did a catch up grading last night. At 57 years old Abbas showed excellent technique & POWER in every technique demonstrated. His SELF DEFENCE was at very high standard which resulted in a DOUBLE GRADE (promotion).
We also had another gentleman Emmanoul at 65 years old do his red belt grading. Perfect examples of age is just a number & there is no age to start training 💪 very proud of both of these gentlemen 👏👏👏
BIG CHANGES HAVE BEEN TAKING PLACE IN THE DOJO - NEW SIGNS, NEW COLOUR, NEW PADS, NEW RING FOR MUAY THAI TO NAME A FEW, INCLUDING NEW TRAINING ROUTINES... WE ARE PUMPED 💪💪 TO RESTART AFTER THIS LONG WEEKEND - HAPPY EASTER. 🐰
CONGRATULATIONS to all students who graded yesterday, & a even bigger congratulations to our new 1st dan Blackbelts who received there Kukkiwon certificates, welcome to the black belt family. Also a special mention to Nathan who was presented his 2nd Dan certificate 👏👏👏

Due to Ramadan & ongoing Chinese New year celebrations, no one turned upto 3rd class, as Lucas finished training 2nd class he asked me if he can stay back & do some advance training... 6 YEARS OLD !! We also fixed his turnaround turning kick to make it 100%.... NIGHTS LIKE THIS IS WHY I LOVE TEACHING ❤️
I didn't get a chance to post anything up from our 20 year anniversary/2025 Presentation night as the next day the Bondi incident happened - (out of respect i havent been able to post anything) but I would like to say a big THANK YOU to everyone that came, special thanks to Master Sinan Tunç & Master Ihsan Deliktaslidan, this is a little clip made by 1 our Instructors Talia, we are currently putting together a video with highlights of the night with MANY pics & mini interviews which is made by Instructor Eda .
