Favorite cocktail?
Bamboo. Love the nuttiness of the sherry and the low abv while still feeling full.
First job?
My first job was serving at a neighborhood Mexican restaurant in Austin, Texas! I started in high school and just fell in love with hospitality, food, and the people in the industry.
Airport drink?
I have a bad habit of flying way too early so if anything is open in the airport I’ll go with a Bloody Mary. Gets the job done.
After-work spot?
My favorite spot to play pool in town is Cole’s so if I get off early I try and sneak a game in there!
