Last weekend in Adelaide @doubleblack1 played at the 24th Adelaide Kustom Kulture weekender.
I also went to see DOUBLEBLACK drummer and our mate @travisdemsey doing part of his day gig curating and hosting “where is my mind -creatives and wellbeing”, a symposium on mental health in the arts.
It was so cool to hear from a diverse range of creatives about how they cope and manage their lives and work in the arts. Travis kept it all rolling along nicely and people should know he’s been doing this stuff for a long time and is no slouch in this space.
The location was killer, Adelaide has so many amazing historic buildings to see and @ern.malley is a perfect choice.
