After an incredible run, we’ll be closing Dottiewood’s doors on October 31st. It’s a little sooner than we’d planned, but it’s the right call — and we’re walking away full of gratitude, joy, and pride in what this space became. From day one, Austin’s creative community showed up and made Dottiewood a home for imagination, collaboration, and connection. You’ve made this journey unforgettable. Hi! I’m Lauren, and this is Midori. 💚 I started this small furniture line because I love color, playfulness, and the kinds of pieces that make a room feel just a little more alive. Think bold shapes, solid wood, and furniture that knows how to have fun. Everything is designed, dyed, and built in Austin, TX—by hand, with lots of care (and a little bit of chaos). It’s for people who like their homes to feel personal, not perfect. A very special thank you to the always incredible @imashoots for capturing the campy mood I was looking for with this video.
