We’ve been keeping this one quiet for a little while…
Back in November, we were invited to Poolhouse, a brand new startup opening soon near Liverpool Street, with a bold plan to reinvent the classic game of pool using cutting edge AI technology. Now that @poolhouse.uk have shared a first look at their food and drink, we can finally talk about our first shoot together.
Inside their test kitchen, we captured their upcoming food and drink menu, and let’s just say we were seriously impressed. From bao buns to tuna tacos, everything is designed for sharing and led by a chef with a Michelin background. We’re genuinely excited for everyone to experience the food, and after seeing the venue plans, this one is going to be big.
