Orenthal, thank you for crossing paths w/ me, right when I needed it. A little backstory, O got his car towed to the mechanic shop next-door, slept in his car overnight and seen me paint this whole wall and decided to walk up to me my final couple of hours.
He walked up praising my work, saying how beautiful it made the parking lot. Then we proceeded talking and shared that he was overcoming a stroke that took his voice and body movements a month + ago. But didn’t complain once about what was happening to him. But understood how to be grateful he was to be alive. Regardless of everything going on in his life that he had faith. It was for a reason to find his self again and what truly matters in life. He spoke so much hope, affirmation, praise and love to me. Saying I was exactly where I needed to be right now and to keep moving forward with my dreams & to think bigger. We talked for about an hour while I was painting and made me feel like everything that I have been overthinking and all gratefulness I tend to pass up at times is right in front of me. I took a step back and thanked God for showing me signs like this to know I’m on the right path in what I’m doing.
I had to honor him with the main post because that’s exactly why I’m here. I’m not perfect, I’m not an influencer. I’m just your neighbor figuring it out pouring water into your cup if it ever feels a lil empty. Cause God knows I need some in mine at times. 🌱

That is 9 years of Dos Mas Studios. Had 0.001% belief in me until I gave everything to God and choosing myself. 4 years of full time creative. I love yall! You make me better. I keep creating for that younger me searching for a small piece of inspiration for the day to hold onto to get me through the hard times. & I feel like I still have that light in me.
