This Sunday, May 17th, we’re hosting something close to our heart.
Dose has partnered with WakeMed Foundation for an afternoon at our North Hills studio focused on the mental health of mothers, from pregnancy through postpartum and the years that follow.
Dr. Micah Krempasky, WakeMed’s Chief Medical Officer of Behavioral Health, will lead the conversation, joined by Dr. Angela Gantt, OBGYN, Jackie Lauricella-Perry, and our founder, Emily Coules. We’ll talk openly, then end with an audience Q&A.
100% of ticket proceeds go to WakeMed Foundation’s Courage to Confront Crisis Campaign, which is building a new mental health hospital in Garner. Your ticket also includes a smoothie from the cafe.
If this is a conversation you’ve been wanting to have, or one you’d like to support, we’d love to have you in the room. ❤️🙏🏼 click link in bio to register.

Cold exposure isn’t one-size-fits-all, especially for women.
Hormones play a bigger role here than most people realize. They affect your stress tolerance, your recovery, and how your body handles temperature, so it’s not going to feel the same throughout the month.
Going colder or staying in longer isn’t always better. It’s about knowing when your body can actually benefit from it.
A more intentional approach, one that works with your body instead of pushing against it.
Your body isn’t the same every day. Your routine shouldn’t be either.
