20 posts for the most “ups and downs” year of my life: 2024 January I began my fitness journey but also battled months of depression. I felt like I’d lost all my muscle and self-confidence. I’ve had no projects or a job and didn’t really know when the opportunity will arise. February I spent the month literally by going to the gym, watching movies, and sleeping. I watched 44 films, making progress toward my goal of 100 in a year. My body improved, but depression lingered. March Confidence slowly returned. I celebrated Kazakh New Year “Nauryz” with the Embassy and achieved some fitness milestones and hit some fitness milestones. April & May Opportunities and projects started flowing in. While depression wasn’t entirely gone, life finally felt back on track. June I traveled to Nice and Toulon in France to visit my bestie from Kazakhstan whom i didn’t see in 5 years. It was a much-needed reset for my soul. July This month was pure chaos—juggling endless tasks left no time to capture any moments, so no pic for that month. August Survival mode on set: working in crazy locations was physically exhausting, but mentally, I felt like I was finally where I belonged. The echoes of depression completely faded. September I turned 23, surrounded by incredible people I’ve met since moving here five years ago. Building friendships and connections was worth every effort. October & November Wrapped up my longest project of the year (2.5 months) and transitioned straight into another one in November. Returned to the gym, worked hard, and felt unstoppable—ready to conquer anything in my way. December Half solo-traveling through Scandinavia, half working on the smoothest, most chill project of my career. From hiking an island in Sweden to meeting amazing people in Copenhagen, Helsingør, Stockholm, and Gothenburg, I made it back just in time to jet off again to Budapest for New Year’s Eve celebration and to kick off 2025 on the right note.

And since I’m going back North in a few days, a nice way to remember and later post an updated version. 📍Sweden 📍 Denmark 📍 Finland 📍Reindeers somewhere around Saint Petersburg Ps. the bird’s chirping bathroom was a random gas station on our way in Finland
