What motivated you to powerlift? I used to be a long distance runner, but I realized I was craving a test of raw strength. Powerlifting became the arena where I could channel that same discipline into something heavier, harder, and more rewarding
Outside of powerlifting: Joesph is an active duty Army Ranger serving in the second ranger battalion. He is also an artist with a talent for painting and drawing and enjoys poetry!

What motivated Adaeze to start powerlifting?
My community saw me in my strengths and pointed me toward something they believed I would thrive in and find joy in: powerlifting. As a coach, I find so much enjoyment in helping women be present in their strength, and stepping into powerlifting felt like the perfect way for me to be that example!
Fun fact:
Adaeze gives back to the fitness community as the Co- founder of Free Flo Fit a nonprofit health and fitness program helping make fitness more affordable and accessible!
