With everything happening in the country I honestly didn't know what to do.
I paused, questioned and waited, because it didn't feel right to keep going but it also didn't feel right to stop and throw it all away...
We want to use the community we've built to do good so... DOORA will finally be launching tomorrow!!!🥳

How to identify quality pieces? (applies to Online shopping)
• 4 Tips from the Pros:
1. TAGS:
Always check the tag (ask for a photo if not visible).
Funkier or older tags often = vintage gems
High-quality tags are usually woven/embroidered or on sturdier fabric, not flimsy printed ones.
“Made in” labels (Italy, France, Japan, USA) often signal better craftsmanship.
2. FABRICS:
Always ask for composition if not available.
Natural fibers (cotton, wool, silk, linen, cashmere) last longer and age better.
Avoid 100% synthetics (polyester, acrylic) if you want longevity.
3. BRANDS:
Unknown brands are GOOD! Many small labels went under because they didn’t scale, not because they weren’t good.
Small production usually = higher attention to detail.
So keep an eye out for non commercial brands you might find hidden gems.
4. CHECK ITS VALUE:
When unsure, look up retail/original value.
Higher price point often follows higher quality.
Use tools like Google Lens or AI to find its current market value.
