Tribute install for @eltoro215 by @doomedfuture and @sean9lugo on 9th and Washington.
This one felt different. As the sun rose above the Italian Market and people got their day started it was quiet for a moment. As the install started to take shape we found ourselves talking endlessly about the impact of El Toro, and how a single person wholly dedicated to their craft and art form could have an effect on the cultural landscape. We talked about creative drive, legacy and unfinished business. When these legends leave us, it is up to us to carry the torch and keep the memory alive and I couldn’t think of two better people to honor that than @doomedfuture and @sean9lugo . Thanks to them for getting me out on the streets again to document this.
