We’ve started daycare and ohhh boy! The illnesses have attacked. We were warned by everyone,including doctors, that this would be our future but it is still crazy. We just moved from an apartment to a house. It’s been fun learning the little quirks of an older Aussie building. It’s overwhelmingly positive but… urgh… I hate bugs. Any tips for cat friendly ways to keep bugs away are very welcome. (The cat hates the bugs as much as me so he’s no help)

I bought this tiny sketchbook (even though I have too many) and the strangest thing happened… I finally started drawing again! No idea why its tiny cuteness inspired me to doodle but I’ve left it on the side table in the living room and I just keep picking it up. Sometimes it’s the little things that help us.

I love this time of year. There’s so many great movies to watch and catch up with. We’ve made our list of Oscar potentials and we’re making our way through them. So far… Hamnet destroyed me (in a good way) and Train Dreams was gorgeous. Sinners was stupidly fun and if KPop Demon Hunters doesn’t get a Best Picture nom then…boooo!!!
