Please welcome Aaron LaPlante to the CTB Family! Aaron is a journeyman voice actor, and mixed media artist
originally from the Pacific Northwest. After moving to Los Angeles and spending many years performing with various award winning sketch comedy teams. Aaron’s personal choice to always give his onstage characters wildly distinct sounding speaking voices would eventually lead him towards the world of animation and interactive VoiceOver.
Over the past fifteen years Aaron has performed voice work in numerous film, television, and interactive projects. He is perhaps best known for his work as “The Duke” in Capcom’s record breaking title RESIDENT EVIL VILLAGE. Aaron also provides the grunting and
screaming voice of SPEAR the caveman character in Genndy Tartakovsky’s Emmy award winning series PRIMAL for AdultSwim.

Tonight I after my shift I decided to come look at the billboard for Primal that’s on the side of what is currently called Warner Brothers Studios and reflect on the recent season finale of the show. It’s been one of the great pleasures of my life to be a part of this show and I’m so grateful to have given Spear his voice. Thanks for all the nice comments and messages. It means a lot! It’s also worth noting that the billboard next to it is for the film that just won best picture. There’s no business like it, no business i know.
