last October, nestled between the NYC skyline, we celebrated the beautiful union of my sister @kritiniti to her brooklyn boy, @davidgrad . 💌 equal parts heartfelt, stunning, & v spicy (the dance floor, duh!) — it was a perfect encapsulation of their love.

In 2023, @laurencortizo and I went on a 15hr road trip up the west coast and came up with the idea after listening to a “How To” podcast by the Atlantic. the main takeaway was that we need more third spaces in our culture because one of the best ways to create community is by wasting time with each other.
last week was a beautiful reminder of what can happen when we intentionally create that space. thank you to our host Chris, chef @georgeofthejunglee , @otherdelights for the perfect tunes, our generous partners: @olgavodka , @velevetpoppy , @silverlakewines , @parch + our amazing team: @orrinwhalen@gibbsallie for wearing all the hats to make this event so special. proceeds from the dinner benefitted @rainbowrailroad .
