Journées Nationales de l’Architecture 2025
This Saturday, a presentation day was held at the Dominique Perrault Architecture agency, during which students presented their work based on elements gathered at the @domainedefrapotel during the 2025 National Architecture Days.
Our thanks to the students from the @ecole.boulle.officiel , accompanied by their teacher Christelle Bernard, and those from @la_cambre , with their teachers Marie-Pierre Vandeputte and Valentin Bollaert, for this exciting exhibition.
We will see them again this fall for the third edition of our “Guest Schools” program.

It now welcomes architecture residencies in newly renovated, dedicated spaces, as part of the Grand Prix d’Architecture, Prix Charles Abella @academiedesbeauxarts .

By devoting a large section to the residencies hosted at Frapotel in 2025, this second issue of the Review offers a new testimony to the vitality of the site since Dominique Perrault and Gaëlle Lauriot-Prévost undertook to give a new life to the former Villa Weill.

On the occasion of the exhibition of the Charles Abella Prize, we are thrilled to launch a second issue of the Frapotel Review, that explores the history of on-site residencies, their approaches, and their work.
It looks back at architectural residencies over time, as well as those of the Charles Abella Prize, organized in partnership with the Académie des beaux‑arts and supported by the Association for the Conservation of the Domaine of Frapotel.

Le samedi 18 octobre avait lieu, pour 5e année consécutive, le programme Écoles invitées au Domaine de Frapotel.
Les étudiants de @ecole.boulle.officiel et @la_cambre ont pu découvrir la villa et ses alentours afin de commencer leurs projets qu’ils présenteront, en février 2026, lors d’une journée de restitution à l’agence Dominique Perrault Architecture.
