Last week I had the pleasure of spending the day writing with some incredible humans and attending @drinkyourjuicebox songwriting camp at @meridiansoundstudios at @meridiansoundstudios ✨💕 the vibes were set and the laughs were had and some great music was written.

There is no one else I would rather have embarked the journey with of creating this song a the ones to come with. So may hours with @seegz_music laughing and creating music that perfectly sums up how I feel. I Need A Doctor I started writing in bed one night as I was just sitting thinking about the way my brain has always been different, learnt differently and just not always worked in the way education and society makes me feel accepted, thinking about how I over think and how my empathy can sometimes feel like a detriment. I took a demo in with me the next time I saw Seegz. We actually wrote a version before this that thank god won’t see the light of day coz lol. You’ll be able to hear @seegz_music gorgeous voice in some of the harmonies throughout too. I feel so greatful and full of love for this song
