Gratitude post. This year has been, without question, the hardest year of my life. It started with a difficult 2023 and carried over into a profound year of loss for me. Through it all I’ve had the support of family and friends to help ease the burden. So, much love to all of the folks who have lightened my heart and made this challenging time so much easier to bear. ❤️

Jumping for joy at the successful completion of my @pmbiassociation Level 1 Instructor Certification. I can’t teach anyone to jump yet, but this is the first step towards making it happen. Big thanks to @mtbskillsfactory for the excellent course! #tabletoptuesday
The @giantbicycles Trance X drops today and this is my take on it. This bike started out as a Trance X Advanced 1 and I’ve swapped a bunch of stuff around to make it my own. Highlights include a full @shimanomtb Deore XT component group, @weareonecomposites Convergence MX wheels, and a @oneupcomponents 210mm V3 dropper and carbon bar. I’ve been riding it for almost three weeks now and it’s a certified fun machine. I’ll get some proper pics of it soon to really show off how cool the paint is.
