Decide Today has been the primary project of Robert Inhuman, along with collaborators, following the end of the original Realicide band at the turn of 2011. Sonically it has spanned genres such as industrial, breakcore, darkwave and ambient, while its subject matter maintains focus akin to anarcho-punk and radical hiphop. The project’s mission is a contribution to various liberation movements, whether decades ongoing or emerging from the current political climate. Decide Today is based in Cincinnati, has toured Turtle Island (North “America”) extensively, as well as many ventures across Europe, South America, and Australia. . End of another @dog.scream era, the “cardboard box and worm” set, to also close out the season at The Cloak Room / the Newport Community Center, sharing the bill with the blisteringly talented @weirs.ig , @cy.vverner , Mike Devito, @gangloffmike , and best studio mate of all time @solarhexwitchhut . This has been our favorite year of Dog Scream yet and we can’t wait to share another one with all our fellow freaks. Hearing a roomful of the coolest people in Roanoke chanting our name at the end of our set on Halloween night was a moment I’ll never forget. Local support from two different string duos featuring Kaily and Mike and Courtney Werner and Mike DeVito respectively, and noise heroes of the Roanoke Valley, Dog Scream. Please come join us for some music, warm bevvies, and fellowship. We will also be once again collecting non-perishable food items and cash donations for our neighbors down the road @holler2holler (highly recommend following them for more ways to help out our community as the weather gets colder).
