From trauma-informed coaching to skills and drills, coaches from across Los Angeles spent the day learning how to build connection, resilience, and confidence in young athletes — on and off the field.

The Los Angeles Dodgers Foundation, in conjunction with The Science of Sport, hosted a STEM Field Day at Gonzales Park in Compton on Monday.
Over 500 students from local school districts across L.A. County got a chance to take learning outside the classroom—by applying principles of science and math to the sport of baseball.
Over 500 Dodgers Dreamteam participants and students took over Gonzales Park today for our annual STEM Field Day—bringing the Science of Baseball to life through hands-on learning. ⚾️🔬
Students explored how STEM shows up in the game and beyond—building skills, confidence, and curiosity along the way.
