This is where ACE Studio Ensemble gets seriously fun 🎻✨ Ensemble mode lets me stack violins, violas and cellos, shape the blend quickly 🎚️, and build a much bigger sound in seconds 🚀🔥 Fast workflow, big payoff 🎼💥#MusicProduction #ACEStudio #ad

This Dizi instrument in ACE Studio completely caught me off guard. It’s expressive, atmospheric, and instantly gives the track a completely different colour. Sometimes one sound is all it takes to unlock a new idea 🎶 #MusicProduction #ACEStudio #AD

A studio should feel inspiring before it even makes a sound. 🎛️ I’ve always believed that a studio should make you feel creative the moment you walk in. Before you play a note, before you press record, before anything comes out of the speakers… the room should already be saying something. 🔊 The look of the gear, the way everything is laid out, the lights, the colours, the instruments themselves — all of it matters. Because this is not just about technology. It’s about being in a space that makes you want to sit down, reach for something, and start working. 🎶 For me, that’s one of the great things about well-designed gear. Yes, it has to sound good. But it should also have character. It should draw you in and make you want to use it. That’s why a good studio setup is not only about sound. It’s about creating a space that puts you in the right frame of mind before you even touch a key. 🎼 #musicstudio #musicproduction #aesthetics

Such a simple riff on the surface — but the sound is doing a lot of heavy lifting 👀🎹 Here’s my take on Billy Joel’s My Life piano tone: bright, tight, slightly rolled-off in the low end, with just enough space 🌌 to give it that classic feel 🎶 #BillyJoel #Piano #MusicProduction #ad

This one sounds simple… until you try to recreate it :eyes: Here’s my take on Toto’s Hold The Line piano sound — upright tone, a touch of chorus, barely any reverb, and just enough room to make it speak. #rhodes #pianology #HoldTheLine #musiclovers #ad

One of the biggest gain staging mistakes I see is people pushing levels too hard into plugins and buses 🎛️, expecting the mix to sound bigger Usually, the opposite happens When a signal is too hot, compressors can react too aggressively, saturation can get harsh, and the mix can start to feel smaller and more crowded instead of more powerful Good gain staging is about leaving enough headroom 🎚️ for your plugins and buses to respond properly Very often, a mix improves not because you add more processing, but because you simply pull the levels back 🔙 Headroom is not weakness, it’s control 🎯

This is the part I really enjoy 🎧✨ At first, it sounds like a real guitar 🎸 But when you listen properly, you realise it behaves like a sample — and that changes the whole approach 🔍🤯 Once I found the source, everything became much clearer 💡🎶 #ad #Enigma #Sadeness #Sampling #MusicProduction

One of the things I love most about reconstructing records like this is finding the hidden details 🔍🎧 In this case, those drums are not just a groove — they’re a sample 🥁✨ And once you hear where they come from, the whole track opens up in a completely different way 🤯🎶 That’s the beauty of records like Sadeness: there’s so much musical history inside a few seconds of audio 🕰️🎼 Did you know where this one came from? 🤔👀 #ad #Enigma #Sadeness #MusicProduction #Sampling

I love doing this part 🎧✨ After rebuilding Sadeness sound by sound, the only thing that really matters is the A/B test against the original 🎚️👂 That’s where you hear if the groove, the texture and the atmosphere are really there… or if something is still missing 🤔🎶 This is the moment of truth ⚡ How close do you think I got? 👀🔥 #DoctorMix #Enigma #Sadeness #ad #MusicProduction

People often ask whether cheap gear can really compete with expensive gear. The answer is yes and no. Great equipment can inspire you, speed up your workflow and sometimes give you a level of character or precision that budget gear simply doesn’t have. But none of that replaces judgement. If you understand gain staging, balance, arrangement and sound selection, you can make excellent music on a very simple setup. On the other hand, the most expensive studio in the world won’t help much if the decisions behind it are weak. That’s why the real value of any piece of gear is not the price, it’s what it allows you to hear, create and finish.

I scored the entire Metropolis trailer using ACE Studio’s Video Composer and it turned into a proper rabbit hole 🎬🐇 The music-for-video feature actually analyzes the footage and generates a full soundtrack that moves with the scenes — for a 1927 silent film, it’s kind of wild watching it happen in real time 🎼✨ Full Video on my Channel! #ad #acestudio
