We had a blast on set today with @ayasupplements , @thequeenofhealth + @hannah_cunn and ofcourse her inspirational Mam @lindasneecunningham and Nanny Marie sharing stories and chatting about how attitudes towards women's health has changed over the years.
A huge thanks to @ayasupplements for facilitating such a genuine and necessary conversation.
The brief today was simple, get talking about women's health. No stigma, no over scripting, just a genuine conversation led by Nichola around looking after yourself and the women around you. It was a pleasure to work on this one.

What an incredible night at the @11pr_events and @ufcgymireland event! Bringing our Dock One Studios film to the big screen was an absolutely surreal experience. I am so proud of the entire Dock One team for making this happen, and deeply grateful to @ufcgymireland and @11pr_events for giving us the creative freedom to produce something so genuine and community centred.
Special thanks to @odeonevents and @odeoncinemas for everything they did to facilitate the evening. 🙏
