In 2023, I posted my 30 Days of US Healthcare series. It might have fried a couple of my brain cells, but we do what we must when it helps to educate the public.The thing is, knowledge is power, even if it’s delivered with a heaping side of sarcasm. So now in 2025, with a nightmare of a healthcare landscape at our doorstep, I’ve compiled those original videos into one helpful and 100% free guide, alongside deeper explanations, reliable resources, and real-world examples.In particular, I hope it can be helpful to the med students and interns out there who are experiencing the US healthcare system from the clinician’s side for the first time.
