A recent survey of ad professionals said less than .1% of all agency employees identify as LGBTQ2S+. That’s BS and an industry-wide wake up call to create a workplace where everyone can show up fully. That’s why we brought porject violet to life, - the first mentorship program connecting young LGBTQ2S+ talent with industry leaders who have been there, who get it and who can help. Because in an industry built on storytelling, personal authenticity isn’t optional.
