今週の Curator’s Pick

𝐂𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫’𝐬 𝐏𝐢𝐜𝐤
— This Week: 𝐑𝐡𝐲𝐭𝐡𝐦 𝐨𝐟 𝐅𝐫𝐚𝐠𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
Forms become space by coming together.
Silhouettes cut from their surroundings, lines and weights adrift in the air—each one a fragment, yet gathered together they produce a strange harmony.
Flowers floating on a field of blue, flowers where color and outline fall slightly apart, forms that seem to breathe on threads of charcoal and feather.
Each work is composed with space held between one form and the next.

The studio is looking for a highly capable fabrication assistant for part-time, in-person work. Seeking someone detail-oriented, technically skilled, self-directed, and confident working across a wide range of materials and fabrication processes.
Check the link in bio for more info and how to apply!
Through metal, stone, wood, incense, and found materials, Dennis Lin works with objects marked by time and transition. His pieces, ranging from suspended mobiles to large-scale reliefs, explore pattern, belonging, and the emotional resonance of place through techniques rooted in conservation and material nostalgia.
“This has always been in my vocabulary and nature: to look for opportunities whether it’s dumpster diving or actually creating relationships with manufacturers and suppliers to divert materials away from landfill”
Plot 6 welcomes Dennis Lin.
