It’s been a hectic start to the year already, we’ve had big positive wins but with that comes overwhelming emotions and the need for reflection - which can be confronting and exciting all bundled together.
A weekend in nature, we dipped our toes in the ocean, we soaked our bones in the lush warm spring under the gentle rain, we found calm and perspective through the chaos.
Sometimes the good has its own challenges, we get used to rolling with the punches and suddenly we’re safe to feel what we may have buried simply to survive, and that can be pretty scary, but healing takes time and patience and so I share this as a reminder to myself just as much as the rest of you, be kind, be present and be patient.
