Yesterday was Ellen Kaye’s birthday, which we celebrated at her home in NYC. William Kent prepared an amazing four-course dinner. I can’t remember all the ingredients, but I’ll annotate as I and the gang can recall. Just an incredible 4+ hour meal, outdoors on the Upper West Side. Also, terrific wines and French macarons from Andy Besch.
