Christmas Circle in Borrego Springs is one of the first time stations on the RAAM route. It's also where the 6-12-24 World Time Trial Championships are held - a RAAM qualifier race. During RAAM there's not much time to stop and smell the roses (or paint the picture) but when you're crewing on time trials there's plenty of down time. The surrounding mountains turn a rainbow of colors as the sun goes down in the desert. #thirtyondoc
