DJ STORM // CUPRA FM // EPISODE 31 Hosted by @fishingforbill Episode 31 brings DJ Storm, a founding force of jungle and drum & bass, to the CUPRA FM booth. Decades deep in the game, her sets still cut harder than anything on the road. Dark basslines. Precision mixing. Unmatched energy. This isn’t just a mix. It’s a masterclass. Lock in. Episode 31 is live now. FREE tickets on our website.

As a sort of guardian of the original rave era, DJ Storm carries the torch of soulful storytelling DJs well into the future, adapting to the modern age but keeping the fuse lit. Catch the icon drummin’ ‘n’ bassin’ on the Valley Stage on June 19th.

Today we are remembering our dear Kemi (13 October 1963 – 25 April 1999) Enforcers 7 “Kemistry & Storm - Signature” maybe the only production on vinyl Kemi was credited to, and what an honour it was. @djstormdnb ❤️ Dego on engineering duties (and jokes) Goldie’s classic Enforcers design. ®️

Every year on this fateful day that I remember Kemi I cannot believe how time flies , it’s been 17 years since she departed this life and I still miss her . In my ideal world she is with all our fallen angels , having a wicked having b2b with @ranstar88 , our mentor , @inneractivespirit , @marcusintalex or Tango and she’s spoilt for choice when it comes to who’s on the mic @singingfats @therealmcconrad @mcsteviehyperd @therealskibagram . I hope she is proud of me still being out there but of course without her beside me as Kemistry & Storm I would not be where I am today , with her wisdom guiding us both to share some of the most precious times of our lives . I cherish every second we shared together and our love of DJing bonded us and even though Kemi’s time on the road was short , in her words “it was bumper packed “ . To you Kemi my Soul Sista , love always ❤️❤️❤️

DJ STORM 😈 24.04.2026 Marseille Few nicknames in dance music have been as rightfully earned as DJ Storm’s “First Lady of Drum & Bass.” It all began in early ’90s London, when Jayne Conneely discovered the weird and wonderful world of UK rave thanks to her close friend Valerie Olukemi A Olusanya. The pair soon became regulars at Heaven, the London club where jungle would eventually be born from the clashing of breakbeats and techno. They learned to DJ and involved themselves in the scene, eventually crossing paths with a young aspiring artist named Goldie. By the end of the decade, Kemistry & Storm had become a well-respected DJing duo, and the quiet force behind Goldie’s Metalheadz empire. After Kemistry passed away in a car accident in 1999, Storm continued to strike it out as the rare female role model in a male-dominated scene. She has toured the world over and continues to enthral crowds with her powerful and professional style, tight mixing skills and an exclusive selection, get ready for a unique - only vinyl - drum’n bass dj set. SO RUFF, SO TUFF X IKSE SOUND SYSTEM 24.04.2026 22.30 04.30 OJOO HAJJ live JASON LEACH aka SUBHEAD live DJ STORM 😈 Une partie des bénéfices de la billetterie sera reversée à l'association JUST, Justice et Union pour la Transformation Sociale.

Happy Birthday to my Bro Randall , this photo is how I like remember you , on the decks by your side having the best time and doing what we loved doing . I feel blessed that I was lucky enough to play b2b with you the , best DJ ever to grace the decks , and even though I was nervous because it’s Randall right , you were always able to make me feel at ease like no other DJ. You shone so brightly and there is not a day that goes by that I think of you and all the joy you brought to this world. Miss you Bro . ❤️❤️❤️
