Whatever your current fitness levels or goals are, ppl on a similar warpath will tell you how challenging it is to remain focused and keep this up. But listen… if I can f**king do it, you can definitely do it. You hear it a lot, but I’m telling you as living proof, it’s all in the mindset! Stop saying tomorrow, next week, payday or new year’s res… just do it now and don’t look back.
It also helps massively to have a solid support network. I couldn’t have achieved all of this without the ones who’s encouraged, inspired and motivated me! You guys rock!!! 🙌🏾❤️
