13 years of building @Mofaya_Official Beverage Company … and what a journey it has been. 13 years of pressure. 13 years of sacrifice. 13 years of sleepless nights, criticism, losses, setbacks, betrayal, lessons, rebuilding and fighting to survive. There were moments we celebrated. There were moments we cried. There were moments we fell hard and quietly questioned if we should continue. But every single time… We got back up. Because MOFAYA was never just an energy drink. It was always bigger than a beverage. It was born from pain. Born from history. Born from the spirit of resistance, resilience and self belief. Inspired by the brave women of the 1956 Women’s March. Inspired by the fearless youth of the June 16 1976 Soweto Uprisings. MOFAYA carries the DNA of black excellence, black resilience and black ownership. The black can represents boldness, strength, self belief and the truth that from darkness comes creation… because black is the essence from which all colour is born. The gold represents Africa’s wealth. Its minerals. Its resources. Its untapped greatness. Its young people. Its future billionaires under construction. And the fire… The fire represents the burning spirit within us as Africans to rise. To own. To build. To manufacture. To create jobs. To control our own economy. To leave behind generational wealth and legacy for those coming after us. This journey has humbled us. Tested us. Strengthened us. And through it all, one thing remained: WE NEVER GAVE UP. To every entrepreneur fighting silently behind the scenes… Keep going. Your struggles are building your story. Your pain is building your character. Your consistency is building your legacy. Brick by Brick. Bottle by Bottle. Dream by Dream. We continue. MOFAYA is more than a brand. It is a movement. 🔥✊🏿💛

A young student named Laukii asked me for R2500 to help with her university registration. Instead of simply giving her the money… I decided to teach her something greater: How to make it. So we hit the streets together. Selling @MOFAYA_Official One bottle at a time. One conversation at a time. One rejection at a time. One breakthrough at a time. And guess what? We eventually raised the full registration amount together in less than 2 hours This was never just about R2500. It was about self belief. It was about understanding that dignity lives in hard work. It was about learning that selling is a life skill. It was about mentorship, discipline, courage and taking action. Education is important. But so is learning how to hustle ethically, communicate confidently and create opportunities with your own hands. Sometimes the greatest blessing is not being given money… It’s being shown that you have the power to go earn it. The streets became the classroom. The hustle became the lesson. And the victory became proof that impossible is often just a lack of effort, belief and guidance. To every young person: Never be ashamed to sell. Never be ashamed to start small. Never be ashamed to work hard for your dreams. A degree can change your life. But the ability to sell, serve and believe in yourself can feed generations. #BrickByBrick #Hustle #Sales #Entrepreneurship

From R20k to Building her Empire Meet Lebo Mashigo founder of @eggsellentbylebo a young Black woman entrepreneur in South Africa who took a small seed of R20,000 and grew it into a thriving chicken and egg farming business. My dear @Faithmangope Firstly, congratulations on your incredible journey and success. Watching you grow into the powerful, intelligent and respected woman you are today has been one of the most beautiful things to witness. I watched your interview with Mac and hearing you speak so kindly about me touched my heart deeply. Thank you for acknowledging the role I played in your journey when you were still only 20 years old. Sometimes in life we pour into people without expecting anything in return, so hearing your words reminded me that purpose and impact will always matter more than fame or money. But the truth is… you also changed your own life. You took the opportunity, believed in yourself, worked hard, stayed disciplined and became a force in broadcasting through your own consistency, talent and grace. As your big brother, I just want you to know how proud I am of you. Proud of the woman you’ve become.Proud of your professionalism.Proud of your growth.Proud of the way you carry yourself with class, intelligence and humility. You represent hope for so many young black girls who come from ordinary backgrounds but dare to dream beyond their circumstances. Thank you for never forgetting where you started and for always showing love and gratitude along the way. That says a lot about your character. Keep soaring Queen.Your story is still being written and I believe your best chapters are still ahead of you. Big brother loves you and is proud of you always 🙏🏿

@Rea.Gopane @blvcksteph Firstly, congratulations to both of you on your growth, success and the incredible young men you both are becoming. Watching Rea sit confidently on @podcastandchillnetwork Chill made me proud beyond words. You carried yourself with intelligence, humility, maturity and respect. That’s growth. That’s legacy in the making. Thank you for the kind words you shared about me during the interview. You didn’t have to, but you did it from a genuine place and I truly appreciate that. It means a lot coming from someone I’ve watched grow over the years. As your big brother and mentor, I want you to know that I’m proud of you. Proud of your resilience. Proud of your fearlessness. Proud of the fact that despite the criticism, noise and pressure that comes with this industry, you continue pushing forward and standing on your truth. Keep building. Keep evolving. Keep learning. Keep staying grounded. This journey is not easy, but moments like these are proof that your consistency is opening doors and cementing your place in the game. The young generation needs more fearless voices, critical thinkers and young black men who are unafraid to dream big and speak boldly. Your success genuinely makes me happy ngoba ukukhula kwakho kusho ukuthi umsebenzi uyaqhubeka. The baton is being carried forward. Big love always little bros it’s your time🙏🏿🖤 Proud of you guys beyond words. I love you let’s keep building brick by brick. God speed🙏🏿

From the streets of the township to the history books… Mzekezeke was never just music. It was a cultural shift. A movement. A symbol of possibility for millions of young black kids who came from nothing but dreams. The body of work speaks for itself. The impact speaks for itself. The lives changed speak for themselves. Some people chase trends. Others become timeless. Grateful to God for allowing us to pioneer, disrupt, inspire and leave footprints that can never be erased. The mission was always bigger than us. It was about opening doors, shifting mindsets and proving that township youth can become legendary figures in society. Legacy cemented. History written. Still building… Brick by Brick. 💯#ts4life🤙🏿

Building a business is not an event, no matter the role you play in your start up, it is a disciplined, strategic journey from inception to scale. Forge partnerships, network, creat and maintain relationships. Collaborate. Sell your brand to the corporate community. What began as a simple idea in the hands of a visionary evolved, through consistency, brand mastery, and relentless execution, into one of the most recognisable global enterprises — The Coca-Cola Company. The lesson is clear: Start where you are. Build with clarity. Standardise your processes. Protect your brand. Distribute aggressively. Scale systems — not just effort. True scale is achieved when the business no longer depends on the founder’s presence, but on the strength of its structure, partnerships, and market demand. From startup to global dominance, the journey is not about speed — it is about sustainability, replication, and strategic expansion. Build it right. Then build it bigger. @mofaya_official #mofayaornothing
