OUR NEXT NACC STAFF SPOTLIGHT GOES TO:
DJ Paradis!
DJ is a Media Producer and TV, Radio and Film Teacher based in Fort Lauderdale, FL. This year at NACC, he’ll be your primary photographer - capturing all the masterclasses, performances, and the in-between moments that make the weekend so special.
On the a cappella side, DJ is a former member of UCF Voicebox and had the chance to compete in the 2016 ICCA Finals. He was a performing member of every group on FSU’s campus, and directed FSU’s Reverb A Cappella. DJ is currently the Marketing Director for Camp A Cappella, and has been lucky enough to have worked as a clinician at SoJam, NACC, Nordonia, and Camp A Cappella, plus jump in as a sub with several Florida-based pro groups.
When not teaching or at a festival, you’ll usually find him behind a camera, editing something fun, hiking, or climbing. He loves telling stories, whether it’s in a film, a photo, or a set. We asked DJ how he felt about NACC coming up so soon and he said he can’t wait to get back to NACC! 🎶
