This is how we found it, (Note: weāre 4 cocktails and 3 rums in) Me and the lads got chatting to a random lady at Stanstead airport while we were delayed because our Ryan Air plane was faulty #diehighclub. Long story short when we landed in Valencia she just appeared with us in the taxi rank š¤·š½āāļø #houdini. Somehow sheās now in the cab with us #strangerdanger, we drop her home and she comes back to ours and offered to take us somewhere with great wine and she really did honour it! Weāre in @osteriavinoecucina now speaking Italian, she requests the Colle Spinello - Morellino Di Scansano... let me tell you now, this red was SUBLIME #unicorn. I dip fresh bread in a chilli infused olive oil and cracked black pepper and she tells us sheās a witch #sabrina... like, she pays witch tax and everything #HMRC, she tells me Iām a visionary #didntseethatcoming. This was 1.5 hours after landing in Valencia. 3 bars later, 4 tequilas and the night unfolds into something else altogether #madting but thatās another fairy tail... for another day. Anyway, this red, if you find it #whereswally drink it and get the cheese out.

Snap decision to jump into @gruposagardi midday for a munch with the lads and loved the tapas here! You can choose from a huge selection of freshly made cold tapas or from the waiters coming straight from the kitchen with the warm dishes. It was ā¬2 per tapas and where I thought weād eat loads! It was surprisingly filling. Especially fond of their chorizo and the mushroom croquette! Actually all of it was sensational.
