Last deal o the day, original Ness frame, 7/8” chromoly tubing, with an original Ness rocket tank. This frame is neat in that it’s a rare one that’s set up for mechanical drum. Haven’t seen many of those. Both frame and rank are in awesome condition and are both rare as hell as you know. Asking $2600 plus shipping or pick up in Southern California. DM if interested. @chopperswapper @thecycleswap

Had an awesome time at the @mooneyesjp show! Saw so many friends and checked out a bunch of cool bikes. I didn’t remember to photograph enough bikes but that just means I was having too much fun! Thank you @ssss_521_ssss for having me at your show, I always appreciate your hospitality. If you haven’t been to the show, you gotta go!!

Finished up a beautiful wartime speedo for my buddy @djp210 ! Swipe for some process pics of the face and a piece of glass I polished up. Thanks again Dave. When can we do a purple speedo? #texasspeedometerservice #knuckleheadspeedometer

Just got done with a full refreshing of my tried and true knuckle chopper. It’s been running flawlessly for years with the 61” 1938 motor. But I wanted something faster, plus my brakes were smoked, I needed new tires, I wanted to fix my kickstand and a few other nagging things. So I swapped the 61” motor for a 1945 F motor that Kiyo built me with big twin flathead wheels and XA rods, making it 80”, with a leineweber #1 cam and large intake valves. Decided I wanted to change the pipes to shotguns just to change it up. Found a bunch of other small things to fix. But now it’s ready for the streets again! See you all at @bornfreeshow next weekend!

What a killer weekend at @bornfreeshow ! I had an awesome time with my friends. I was super lucky to win second place invited builder and best knucklehead. There are so many people that helped me get this finished. The #1 special king was @macspeedcycles . He built my transmission, helped fab the pipes and fender struts and metal molding AND stepped in at the last minute to bodywork and paint my bike. He is a superhuman and a champion. Thank you. @taylorcrawfordtattoo did the panel/graphic work and gold leafing as well as helping with bodywork. Thank you. @mario_aguilar__ @pl.a.za also came and helped sand bodywork. Thank you. @wretched_hive did most of the work to derake and straighten my frame. Thank you. @bronsonville opened up his shop and let us use his paint booth and he helped me straighten my frame and front end after they got tweaked from all the welding and shit I did. He also made my oil lines. Thank you. @pangeaspeed supplied me with my taillight and gas cap and condenser and was incredibly helpful with giving me advice on making my front end and on the machining for the front brake. Thank you. @chopperdaves made my wheel spacers and helped with machining on my front brake and front axle. He also got my custom air cleaner cast for me. Thank you. Kiyo, who is not on instagram, helped fixed some issues with my top end and had the motor running tip top in less than 2 days. Thank you. @pineapple_jay did a beautiful job covering my seat pan. Thank you. I’m sure there are others I am forgetting and for that I’m sorry. But it takes a village to build these things and I am so grateful to all the beautiful and talented people that helped make The Gambler a reality. Thank you all. Special thanks to @mikedavis70 and @large_hands_grant for having me as a builder at the show. It’s always an honor. Thank you! I’ll post more about my bike and its details soon.

Here we go! The Gambler is on the ground! I’m going to spend tonight finishing up a few fabrication things and then it’s off to @macspeedcycles for paint and to chrome and gold plating. Time is ticking but I just don’t know any other way haha. There’s so much detail to point out but it can wait for later (if anyone cares even). Several things have been tweaked and fine tuned from my original ideas including a full rework of the fender struts, along with a few other things. But it’s just like the bike in my mind’s eye and that makes me happy. I’ve had a bunch of help the last couple of days by some great friends, including @macspeedcycles @chopperdaves and the infamous @bronsonville (he laced up the awesome oil lines for me). See you in two weeks on the grass at @bornfreeshow with this all done and shining! @bornfreeshow #bornfree15 #bornfree2024 #bf15invitedbuilder #bornfreeshow #bf15 #bornfreeinvitedbuilder

I’m getting very close to the end of fabrication on my @bornfreeshow bike. I should be done this weekend. Then dropping it off to @the_harpoon for the gloss. I’ve been having fun with it! It’s funny, one of my favorite things around this time of year when I’m a builder is the number of my friends visiting the shop skyrockets. Everyone wants to take a look, talk shit, give advice, hold something while I tack weld it. . .its great. @macspeedcycles did a beautiful job building my transmission and has been helping me with my pipes, which I’m super happy with. @chopperdaves machined my wheel spacers for me and helped me figure out some stuff on my front brake. Friendship 💪🏽🤜🏽🤛🏽. I’ll post some more after the weekend when fab is done. @bornfreeshow #bornfree15 #bornfree2024 #bf15invitedbuilder #bornfreeshow #bf15 #bornfreeinvitedbuilder #thegambler
