It was my second year in New York when I brought home two pit bulls from the shelter in Harlem.
Through the good times and the bad, you were always by my side. It’s been 10 years since you’ve been gone.
And these 10 years without you have been nothing like the 10 years we had together.
MJ and Daiya, who were just little kids when they used to play with you, have grown up strong.
And there’s a new member of the family now Kai.
You never got to meet him.
Can’t believe it’s already been 10 years.. Time really flies
I still remember us in the bathroom, forehead to forehead, getting through the hard times together.
I’m still here, still fighting.
