Addis Ababa 2026 dump… this was probably the best diaspora season since I’ve been coming to Addis. Connected with old friends, met new ones, crushed every gig, gained some much needed inspiration.

I’ve been struggling to find the right words, this past month has truly been bittersweet. This past week, we officially closed a chapter with Everything Nice, ending our bi-weekly residency, Boom Boom Room, and our flagship day party. My DJ partner in crime @boknowsdjing is moving on from @everythingnicedc to focus on his personal goals, marking the end of the “Bo & K-Meta” era.
I want to thank Bo for everything we’ve built together throughout the years. As a duo we’ve accomplished so much, from festivals to signature parties, inspiring others, building a community in our city and beyond. I’m thankful for your creativity, patience and friendship and I wish you nothing but the best!
As for Everything Nice, I’m taking this time to reflect and refocus, continuing to build something that feels genuine and true to what started it all in the first place. This brand was born out of a moment where I wanted to bridge a gap. To bring to life an energy I felt the city was missing. As I continue to grow and evolve, I’m excited to curate experiences that push the culture forward, not just through Everything Nice, but through my personal journey as a DJ as well.
I want to thank everyone who pulled up to Everything Spooooky & Boom Boom Room this past weekend. The love was felt and we appreciate you for all the support!
