我第一次聽到 Aminato 是在他跟 ROOFTOPMOB 的合作作品裡。他的表現一直都超猛，所以當 LEO37 提到我們有機會找他參與《SAY WORD》專輯時，我馬上就答應了。當我們第一次跟 Aminato、Black Mic 和 ILL MO 見面討論這首歌時，我們只跟他們說一件事：這首歌的唯一條件就是要「火力全開」。結果他們真的完全發揮了！就像你聽到的，Aminato 在〈Tied Up〉裡的 verse 硬到不行。一定要聽聽看 Aminato 在〈Tied Up〉的表現，也別錯過這禮拜五在 SUB 的現場演出，趕快搶票吧！
I first heard Aminato on his songs with the ROOFTOPMOB. He was consistently dope and so when LEO37 mentioned that we could get him for the SAY WORD album I jumped at the chance. When we first met with Aminato, Black Mic and ILL MO about the song, we told them that the only parameters for the song was to go hard. They all delivered! All Love featuring JAYROLL
我和 JAYROLL 在 2020 年發行《All Love》這首歌。當我製作這首歌時故意留很多空間給主唱來發揮vocal。第一次聽到 JAYROLL 的歌詞時，我就在想該如何在這首歌的 MV 裡好好呈現他的詞。其實，第一次聽到他的段落時，我整個人都從椅子上跳了起來！最後我們找來一位台灣的手語翻譯員，在 MV 中用手語詮釋歌詞。就是 JAYROLL 演出《All Love》裡的第一段verse。發表會在6/27 䞡快去買票
JAYROLL and I originally released All Love in 2020. When I made the beat I intended to give the artist a lot of space for their vocal and when I first heard JAYROLL’s verses I knew that we had to find a way to showcase his lyrics in the video for the song. In fact, the first time I heard JAYROLL’s verse I jumped out of my seat! We ended up getting a Taiwan sign language interpreter to appear in the video to translate the lyrics into sign language. 《Cool Down》feat. Young Lee
當我第一次聽到Young Lee的《Cool Down》demo時，我整個被震撼到了。他的flow既複雜又自由，一切都聽起來非常新鮮、有創意。後來我們第一次見面是他來錄《Cool Down》的時候。記得當我們在準備錄音時，我心裡想著：「如果他能接近demo裡的表現，這首歌一定超猛。」結果Young Lee一進錄音室，他不但完整還原了demo裡的每個音符、每段flow，甚至還多了一點味道。當下整間錄音室的人都驚呆了！趕快去聽聽Young Lee在《Cool Down》裡的第一段verse吧！還有，現在就去買票，6月27日來看Young Lee跟我們一起現場表演《Cool Down》！

When I first heard Young Lee’s demo of Cool Down I was blown away. The flows were complex and free at the same time and it all felt fresh and new. We met for the first time when Young Lee came in to record Cool Down and as we were setting up to record I remember thinking to myself “if he can get close to what he did on the demo this will be a dope record”. Then Young Lee got in the booth and hit every note and every flow exactly how he did in the demo, but somehow adding a bit more flavor. Everyone in the studio was amazed! 《No Joke》feat. D.O.T.S.和 Rapshark
這段 D.O.T.S. 在《No Joke》裡的 verse 超順、超有型，完全帶起了整首歌的氛圍，跟 RapShark 配合得天衣無縫。D.O.T.S. 的即興喊聲（ad libs）更是酷到不行。我們在混音專輯的時候，我每次都會跟著他的 ad libs 一起唱：「Come on! Stop daydreaming！」「Shut Up」「Keep Going！」快去聽聽 D.O.T.S. 在《No Joke》裡的那段 verse，然後馬上搶票來看我們 6 月 27 號的演出，D.O.T.S. 會和我們一起登台！
This D.O.T.S. verse on No Joke is super smooth and super fly. It helps set the vibe of the song and compliments RapShark perfectly. D.O.T.S.’ ad libs are especially cool. 我跟 ILL MO 是老朋友。我們認識的時候，他正在經營一家跟Da Project 唱片行連在一起的服飾店（難怪他總是穿得那麼有型）。我以前常常去那家唱片行買唱片，也會跟 ILL MO 他們一群人聊天、聽他放的音樂。我們一直都有保持聯絡，所以在錄製《Say Word》這張專輯時，我們就聯絡了他。當我們在錄〈Tied Up〉這首歌的時候，ILL MO 跟我說，他寫的這段 verse 是他有史以來最強的一段。他這些年來已經有不少超讚的verse，你覺得這段是他最厲害的一段嗎？發表會在6/27 䞡快去買票

ILL MO and I go way back. We met when he was running the clothing store attached to Da Project record store (that’s why he is always dressed so fresh). I used to go to the record store to buy records and hang out with ILL MO and the crew and listen to his records. We have always kept in touch and when it was time to record Say Word we hit him up. When we were recording Tied Up, ILL MO told me that his verse on Tied Up was his best verse ever. ILL MO has a lot of dope verses over the years. Do you agree that this is his best? 《Whole Team》是 SAY WORD 專輯裡錄製的第一首歌，而 LC 小光 是第一位在我製作的beats上饒舌的台灣 MC，光是這一點我就永遠心懷感激。跟 LEO37 和 LC小光 一起合作這首歌的過程非常愉快，也誕生了一首很棒的作品。這段經歷成了 SAY WORD 專輯的藍圖，並且定下了極高的標準。這一切全都是因為 LC小光 真的是超強的 MC，他在這首歌裡的 verse 爆發力十足。一定要去聽聽 LC小光 在《Whole Team》裡的表現！
Whole Team feat. LC and LEO37
Whole Team was the first song recorded for the SAY WORD album and LC was the first Taiwan MC to rap on my beats and for that alone I am forever grateful to him. The experience working with LEO37 and LC on Whole Team was a great time and produced a great song. The experience served as the blueprint for the SAY WORD album and set the standard really high. All of that was possible because LC is a dope MC and he delivered super hard verses on the song. Check out LC’s verse on Whole Team!

我是在Black Mic拍攝〈Whole Team〉MV時認識的 。從那之後，我就一直關注他的新作品，也常常去看他的表演（你也應該去看看）。這位兄弟總是全力以赴，詞又潮、概念又讚。雖然他能駕馭各種風格，但當我把〈Tied Up〉這首歌的節奏交給 LEO37 時，Mic 馬上就成了我最想邀請的饒舌歌手之一。他開場的那段 verse 完美的替這首歌定下了基調。一定要去聽聽 Black Mic 在〈Tied Up〉裡的那段 verse！
I first met Black Mic when he came to the video shoot for Whole Team. Since then, I always make sure to check for his new music and try to hit up his shows (you should too). This man consistently goes hard delivering fly rhymes and dope concepts. Although he can rock a lot of different styles, when I gave the beat for Tied Up to LEO37, Mic was at the top of the list of MCs that I wanted on that beat. He led off and set the song off perfectly. 《No Joke》feat. RapShark 和 D.O.T.S.
在我製作《SAY WORD》這張專輯的時候，我在台北一場 @thats.my.shhh 活動上看到 @rapshark_ 的現場表演。她在台上的表現真的非常亮眼，演出結束後我馬上跟 @037xia 說，我們一定要想辦法找她來參加專輯。很幸運地，她答應參與《No Joke》，而且她來錄音的時候，真的成為我最喜歡合作的藝人之一。無論是唱還是饒舌，她都表現得超強！一定要聽聽 RapShark 在《No Joke》裡的 verse！
While I was working on the SAY WORD album I saw RapShark perform at a Thatsmyshhh event in Taipei. She really stood out on stage and after the show I told LEO37 that we had to find a way to get her on the album. Thankfully, she agreed to do No Joke and when she came in to record she was one of my favorite artists to work with. She killed it with both her singing and rapping. 《Loud》feat. LEO37、DCIV 和 Bradd
《Loud》完美展現了《Say Word》專輯的合作過程。LEO37 是第一個錄製這首歌的人，他的能量直接把整首歌點燃了！接著 DCIV 錄了一段非常滑順的 verse，跟 LEO37 的氣場完全互補。第三段 verse 我們一開始是空著的，還在討論到底要怎麼收尾。最後我們決定加入一位歌手，而我們的第一人選就是 Bradd。他也真的沒讓我們失望，帶來超級精彩的一段！一定要去聽聽 Bradd 在《Loud》裡的演出！

Loud is a perfect example of the collaborative process used to make the Say Word Album. @037xia was the first to lay his vocals for Loud. His energy really sets the record off! @daveclarkiv then recorded a super smooth verse that complimented LEO37’s energy perfectly. The third verse was left empty while we debated how we wanted to close out the song. In the end we decided to get a singer and @braddissadd was our first choice and he came through and delivered the goods! Check out Brad’s verse on Loud!
