This past Saturday, I had the honor of moderating a Q&A with Luis Valdez - the father of Chicano theater and the creative force behind Zoot Suit and La Bamba. His work gave generations of Chicanos a voice, turning our history, pride and struggle into stories that reached the world. Truly a full-circle moment for me.
