Reposted @selcorecs I had such a blast debuting the store at @thevinylcon Philly a few weeks back! It feels so good to be reconnecting with my tribe of vinyl lovers in the wild. Props go to my guy, Shaw, at @bumrush45 and my main man @greggnyce who rode with me all weekend 🫡 The experience could not have been anymore fulfilling. After weeks of prep, things ran smooth from the jump. The event was very well organized. Philly legend, @skemerichards curated an amazing roster of djs who all did their thing💯 We shared great music, made new friends, and gave back to the culture🙏 This is a ritual I look forward to participating in again and again♻️
Looking forward to having Momma J over to the house for dinner tonight! It is hard to overstate the true and lasting effect that a loving mother can have on those she has brought into the world. In this case, it was just the one... me. Please trust me when I tell you that this lady did the work of raising 4 or 5 kids as she continually cared for me and guided me through the wild and formative years of my teenage life. My spirit could truly not have found a better host on this earth and I am forever grateful. Mom, I love you this and every other day. We return to @unioncraftbrewing for two more days of celebration, May 8th (FRI) and 9th (SAT)! This is not your ordinary show, we will be trying out our first ever Friday night session which is sure to be a high energy evening of digging and great tunes!
If you didn't make it last time, UNION Craft was a perfect location with incredible craft beers and food from @carrollandsonfinefoods , I know some of us have been thinking about that burger for months!
