So thankful for family (my brother pulled up! second to last slide) , friendship , food, incredible don julio cocktails , rare wines and sake , community , and the generosity and support of the don julio fam both stateside and my new don julio Tokyo team that welcomed me so warmly and put together an amazing meal for us. it was great to then host them all at BAIA Shibuya my home away from home in Tokyo. Equal’s California Manhattan
2 ounces Tequila Don Julio Ultima Reserva Extra Anejo (or Any Tequila Don Julio Anejo) 3/4ths of an ounce of your finest sweet vermouth
1-2 dashes of bitters
1 dash orange bitters.
Use lots of ice cubes to chill it as much as possible, stir, don’t shake; pour into chilled glasses if possible.
