First time back in Miami in a few years, after moving to Portugal.
Time changes things, in a good way. This wasn’t about chasing every event or being everywhere, but about reconnecting with the people who were there at the beginning, the ones who shaped my journey without even realizing it.
Conversations, familiar faces, small moments.
Not everything needs to be loud to matter.
Didn’t plan on ADE this year, but a last-minute change of heart (and a push from an old friend) made it happen. No gigs, nonstop meeting schedule or rapidly firing off emails at parties— just space to get inspired again. Quality time with the 🇵🇹 fam, reconnecting with industry peers, meaningful convos, new faces, a challenging but invigorating session with @guidedbytheresa and even some standout meals. The rain was relentless, but the energy made it worth every drop. ⚡️🌧️

This sleepy city is about. 45 km from Lisbon and when we moved here 14 months ago, I didn’t expect I would live walking distance from a place we could a) have morning coffee and stick our feet in the sand b) where I could play music as well. We are here for a few more hours if you want to join!
As we close my first year in Portugal, I’m reflecting on a period of transformation and growth. Navigating a new country and language, embracing a new community, juggling projects across multiple time zones, and managing a renovation were all challenges that tested my strength and resilience. But through these hurdles, this journey has been instrumental in rebuilding my foundation and helping me to find equilibrium.
Grateful for the inspiration from collaborating with incredible people, forging fresh connections and revitalizing old ones. I’m excited to take on the next adventures ✨
