A few weeks ago I was having severe stomach pain and ended up being admitted in the hospital for almost 5days. To my surprise I was having gastrointestinal bleeding and needed to be treated to stop the bleeding. While in the hospital I couldn’t eat or drink for almost four days because all of the tests being ran. I was given over 20 needles altogether for blood samples and IV’s. I couldn’t have any visitations from my wife or children either.
It was a painful moment physically & mentally but through all of that I was challenged by the Lord to remain in a place of faith. I was learning to stay obedient even through hardship. Today I am better and taking antibiotics. I now stand on Psalm 23:4 Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death I will fear no evil because he is with me, his rod and his staff comforts me.
