DJ Beer is a female, First Nations (Ts’msyen) electronic artist currently living in Vancouver. Incredibly versatile, she mixes from a variety of genres including bass, trap, DnB, house, and poolside. Originally self-taught but now a veteran, she has been DJing for close to a decade at festivals, breweries, live-streams, and at popular downtown nightclubs such as Celebrities and the Red Room. Her sets are known to get the whole venue jumping.

DJ Beer is a First Nations (Ts’msyen) electronic artist based in Vancouver, originally from Prince Rupert. She first taught herself to mix on an iPad while completing her Bachelor’s in Archaeology, playing for friends and small gatherings — a beginning that has since grown into nearly a decade of experience behind the decks. Now holding a Master’s degree and performing on upgraded gear for much larger audiences, she’s become a familiar presence in downtown nightlife and festival circuits across the province.
Her performances have energized dance floors at venues such as Celebrities and Red Room, along with festival stages including Rifflandia, ValhallaFest, Fvded in the Park, and Bass Coast. Known for her versatility and distinct sonic identity, DJ Beer blends bass, trap, DnB, house, and poolside selections into dynamic, lyric-forward sets where fun and feeling always take center stage.

The lineup heat is already sizzling.. so we’re starting early and welcoming the return of LVL. 🔥
LVL is becoming a staple of the movement, and is joining us for their 3rd year. This trio moves as one without losing the edge of each individual voice. Their sets are deliberate, playful and heavy where it counts, bringing unbeatable energy to the dancefloor.
Which brings us to who they are:
Vancouver’s queer femme bass supergroup, composed of DJ BEER, LOUP, and Steph Tsunami, LVL (elle-vee-elle) is known for their dynamic sets featuring a range of high-energy sounds and catchy vocal stabs that electrify the crowd. Flexing an expansive collection from breaks & 140 to techno, jungle, and drum & bass, this high-octane trio keeps the dancefloor flowing with their fun and fast sound.
They have played some of BC’s largest venues such as Red Room, Celebrities, and Capital Ballroom supporting artists like Andy C, Sam Binga, Gentlemen’s Club, Canabliss, Delta Heavy, the WORSHIP tour (Sub Focus, Dimension, Culture Shock, 1991) and more. Collectively, the members of LVL have toured across BC playing events and festivals including Bass Coast, Fvded in the Park, Contact, Rifflandia, Wicked Woods, ValhallaFest, and many more.

Since this time, she has upgraded her gear, audience, and education, now possessing a Masters and performing at popular downtown nightclubs such as Celebrities and Red Room and a number of festivals around the province such as Rifflandia, ValhallaFest, Fvded in the Park, and Bass Coast.
So far, she’s strung together almost 10 years of experience and honed in a distinct sound. As versatile in her genre selection as she is in her personal and professional life, Beer includes bass, trap, DnB, house, and poolside tracks in her repertoire. However, fun-spirited and lyric-forward music is always center stage in her mixes.
