McHenry/Schwing/Rowe is a new trio that brings together three of Australia’s most idiosyncratic voices in jazz and creative music. Featuring Ross McHenry on bass (Syd) with Django Rowe (Adelaide) and Julius Schwing (Bruny Island) on guitars, this trio takes a collective approach to composition, championing music born of a deep appreciation of place while exploring the infinite textural and harmonic possible worlds presented by this instrumentation.

Friends, we are beyond excited to announce that we’ll be playing some rambling folk music at this year’s Jauma Festival on December 14th. If you’ve not been before, it’s a beautiful family weekend; a time for friends and family, cherry picking, wine, food and good company.
It’s a great lineup this year, with a bunch of old friends and new favourites and we’re really chuffed to be able to share the stage with the likes of Nancy Bates, Tell Mama, Kelly Menhennet and Nathan May.
