THE FILTH gets its name from Grant Morrison’s otherworldly, insane, and mind-bending graphic novel also titled THE FILTH. In it, an ordinary man named Greg struggles between two identities, one life where he is just an average Joe who likes taking care of his cat and keeping to himself, and a second covert life where he’s an agent for the Hand and tackles the world’s most disturbing anti-persons. As the story progresses, reality for Greg is increasingly obscured as he struggles with his own identity in his search for the truth.
This book is a total mind fuck and I’ve produced the track to feel like that- something filthy, that indescribable, stank face feeling.
