Rooted in Kassel’s underground scene, she developed her distinct, deeply rhythmic sound through years of immersion in club culture. Since stepping behind the decks in 2015 and earning an early residency at Kassel’s Club Arm, she has refined a narrative-driven approach where every track serves purpose. Her sets carry a clear red thread—defined by hypnotic flow, precise transitions, and a signature blend of deep basslines and subtle melodic tension. Now based in Berlin, Hontas has performed at several of the city’s established venues.
