I’m someone who rarely eats any breads, so i’m simply sharing what i eat throughout the day on most days. You just need to find your balance..and feel free to pick anything from here.
Breakfast- Peri peri paneer with curd and veggies dressing
I keep switching between this and eggs
1 scoop of whey protein+creatine/day and at least 3L water.
Lunch- Herb rice with broccoli sauce
(or anything good carbs+protein)
For snacking- cucumber/watermelon/ protein yoghurt with seeds and nuts/ banana/ papaya.
Dinner- Soya chunks
Alternatively i have quinoa/millets.
End the day with this de-bloating drink- Add 1.5 cups of water, 1tsp cumin, 1tsp fennel, 1tsp carom seeds(ajvain), a small piece of ginger and cinnamon to a bowl. Bring it to boil and let it boil for 3-4 mins. Cover it for 2-5 mins and have it every night to reduce inflammation and bloating. [diet, fitness, nutrition, model, protein meals]

Dry brush- Use it on completely dry skin before showering for 5-10 mins. Start from your feet and brush upwards in gentle, long strokes…twice or thrice a week (not on irritated skin).
