WE TOOK OUR FIRST FLIGHT!!! 🥳
Our first event was a roaring (or should we say ‘squawking’ to fit the Raven theme? 🤣) success!
Thank you to everyone who came down to support the cause! 🥰
A massive thank you to @citylakeofficial , @divided_compass , @monatheromantic and @t_.funmilayo for giving your time and talent in making this event one to remember!
Thank you to @littlenansbar for allowing us to host our debut event in their beautiful venue! The decor really went with the vibe of everyone who attended! A fun-house for our inner child.
But most importantly a big thanks to the crew we had for the day!
@publicpippa for welcoming punters and selling/checking tickets, @shakespeares_ and @ann3sthetic for capturing the night beautifully and @dxtts05 for making us all sound professional throughout the night with such limited DIY resources!
The night proved that events can be run as an artist and audience first initiative!
Promoters in London and throughout the world treat their events with only one mindset and thats money. Sure, if it’s your main source of income then make your money… but make sure that the people you work with are treated fairly and come first in the community you’re trying to build and if that means losing money, then so be it. You have to go through the losses to reach the gains.
With this event we made enough that we could give our frontline crew something towards their efforts. This was from both ticket sales and @divided_compass merch sales (thank you Jude for gorgeous artwork!)
Performers on the night were also paid their due as all artists should!
Under 50% of tickets to artists is a massive joke and those doing so without good reason or a breakdown should be ashamed!
As successful and as smooth as it seemed from the outside, there were some minor complications that we have learnt from and will iron out at our next event. Any feedback from attendees would be much welcomed and appreciated ☺️!
Other than that, thank you so much to everyone who believed and supported us! Let’s get the next party going!!!!

WE HAVE A MERCH STORE!!!
It’s official, from 00:00 tonight we’ll be selling our lovely merch on Bandcamp. This includes our Orange Hoodie (£35) and our HYMTLM Emblem Pin (£5).
We’ve set it so the minimum is the prices listed, but if you wanted to support us by donating more then the option is there!
At the moment we only have these options, but as January progresses we’ll hopefully be able to provide a larger variety!
The merch won’t be shipped to ya’ll until mid to late January unfortunately as awaiting the packaging to put it in.

Goodbye 2025 👋🏽
What an absolutely delicious year it has been for us! Jam packed with so much growth and opportunities, it’s certainly been the best one for the band!
We did a load of gigs, jammed a lot which lead to writing new bangers (some of which you may hear sooner than later 👀) and recorded one of the best tracks i had written and released it (if you know the project that tends to be a rarity lmao) where it had the best reception from you guys 🥹 we’re so happy yoy love our little 2000’s indie tune ‘HYMTLM’! Keep doing that 😁
I just want to give some well deserved appreciation thank you’s to some of ya’ll!!!
First off I want to thank my band mates - Roo (@rooberry.music ), Jude (@dudejoyle ), David (@dubbyday ) and Wilfred (@wilfred_pease ) - you guys have been the best bandmates anyone can ask for and I feel so lucky that I get to jam, play and record our silly little songs with you guys. You guys are the life of this project and I can’t wait to take us up a step within the next year! I love you guys, my family ☺️
Second of all I’d like to thank the promoters/venues and bands we’ve worked with this year. Over the years I’ve narrowed down the amount of people we work with. As some of you know the grassroots scene of recent has had some bad eggs gradually get exposed, some of which I’ve known from the day I started the live band oart of DC. An I thought it be a good idea to expose the good ones so we can shut the bad out. So here we go! A big thanks to @scottyrockstarpresents , @londonmusicshowcase , @hotvoxmusic , @solive_sessions , @skehansfreehouse@themanofkentse15 , @theolddispensary , @sindercombe , @nambuccalondon , @dublincastlecamden , @troubadourlondon , @elephantcastlepub , @theamersham , @letogrand and @newimmigrantsmusic - there are others and I would tag ya’ll but the list is a little long 🙃 we love you all, thank you for the opportunities, the support and the love you have given us this year!
