When our children transition, something shifts in our breath. We hold it. We shorten it. We live in a body that no longer feels at rest. This class is a gentle return. @Divayogi be guiding Pranayama for Grieving Moms via Zoom. It is a 30-minute evening breathing practice to calm the nervous system and support better sleep, because the nights can be the hardest. ✨ Next session: Tuesday, April 28th at 8 PM No pressure. No performance. Just breath, and a space to be held. If this speaks to you, come join us. ✨ Join our Sunflower Mamas Facebook group for access to the class. ✨ We gather for both online and in-person events. ✨ Link is in bio. You don’t have to do this alone. 🌻 #sunflowersturntothelight🌻🦋

There’s something about being in a safe space… where you don’t have to explain yourself. Where your body can soften… and your heart can exhale. At H.E.R. Rooted and Rising at the Stables, we’re creating that kind of space… together. Surrounded by nature… and the quiet presence of horses… we’re invited to slow down, to feel, and to reconnect in a way that’s honest and gentle. This is about being seen… being held… and remembering that healing doesn’t have to be rushed. You’re allowed to take your time. And you don’t have to do it alone. #HonoringHER

Peace and blessings, y'all. We've been invited to plant sunflowers at my cousin's horse ranch in Marriotsville, MD! @woodlandlakestables @erinthehorsegirl Today, I had the most wonderful day at the stables with her and a few friends. @mswallace2you @jamiileadership.inc I created this video with a few highlights from our visit. Horses are so healing. Just being in their presence brings a sense of calm and joy. I am truly grateful for the opportunity. My son, Joshua Stafford, loved all animals. When he was in high school, he spent some time working at an equine summer camp for children. He also loved flowers. When it was time to plant our garden, I would try to get him to pick an edible plant, but he always chose flowers!🤣 He's the one who helped me start the round herb garden in the middle of my front yard. He also helped me plant our butterfly bush over 10 years ago. It's taller than my first floor roof now! I highly recommend planting one. They come back every year, and attract so many butterflies, moths, and bees! It's unbelievable!!! Stay tuned for details, really soon!!!🌻🦋 #sunflowermamas

The other night my sister @terributler5575 and I did what we’ve always done… we went back to the mirror. Back to the little girls who made up songs, created dances, and performed like the living room was a stage and the world was watching. Nothing fancy. Just joy. Life has been heavy. Losing Joshie and Jordan changed everything. Grief can sit in your body if you let it… quiet, heavy, unmoving. But not on this night. We sang loud. We danced harder. We laughed. We cried. For 3 hours straight we let the energy move through us instead of holding it in. And listen…I feel lighter. Not “over it.” Not “healed.” Just lighter. And right now, that’s enough. Music heals. Movement releases. Joy still lives here. Don’t let your grief get stuck. Let it move. However that looks for you. #GriefAndHealing #youremywonderwall #SisterLove #HealingThroughMusic #Divayogi

Thank you to every woman who came out and poured into this space at the HER Luncheon. What we created together was powerful. A room full of women choosing themselves, showing up fully, and building real connection. You were not just in the room, you were part of the experience. The conversations, the laughter, the reflection, the love… it was felt. Honoring Our Roots. Embodying Our Truth. Rising with Intention. HER is growing and this is only the beginning 💜 HonoringHER

In honor of H.E.R., today we gather. Today we come together to honor the women who shaped us, the women walking beside us, and the legacy that continues through each of us. There is something powerful about women choosing to show up for one another. To sit at the same table. To share stories. To celebrate resilience, wisdom, and the many ways women carry and nurture community. In a world that often pulls us in many directions, gatherings like this remind us that connection matters. Being rooted reminds us where we come from. Rising happens when we stand together. If you have been thinking about joining us, there is still room at the table. You are warmly invited to come and be part of this beautiful gathering. We are so excited to be in community today. See you soon. 💜
